rich plasma，以下PRP）は，アルギン酸ゲル剤として患部に塗布することで蹄底潰瘍への良好な治癒効果が認められた．しかし，効果を持続させるという点で不十分な方法であった．そこで本研究では，徐放剤としてゼラチンマイクロスフィア（以下 GM）を用いた新しい塗布剤を作製し，治療効果を検討した．PRP含浸GM混合アルギン酸ゲル処置群（PRP群，n＝10）とアルギン酸ゲルのみ処置群
