Medicine","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ベントナイトのセシウム体内移行抑制効果について調べた。実験には，ホルスタイン種子牛6頭を使用し，28日の実験期間中，全頭に安定同位体の塩化セシウム（3.0mg/kg/day）を人工乳に溶解し，投与した。塩化セシウムに加えベントナイト0.5w/v％を人工乳に懸濁した投与群（n=3）と塩化セシウムのみの対照群（n=3）の2群を設定した。実験開始0，1，2，3，7，14，21および28日目に採血，28日目に骨格筋，心臓，肝臓，腎臓および糞便を採材し，ICP-MS （inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry）
