Clinics","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"2011年12月〜2012年３月に十勝管内の１牧場から神経症状を呈するホルスタイン種新生子牛５頭が帯広畜産大学に搬入された．いずれの症例も振戦，起立不能ないし難渋，開脚姿勢，歩様蹌踉，企図振戦などの神経症状を呈しており，生前には小脳病変が疑われた．血液および生化学検査では低ガンマグロブリン血症および低コレステロール血症が認められた他は，顕著な異常はみられなかった．安楽殺後または死亡後の病理解剖では，いずれの症例においても白質硬化がみられたが，小脳低形成などの肉眼的形態異常は認められなかった．病理組織学的検索では，広範な中枢神経領域の白質におけるミエリン形成不全とアストログリアの増殖が共通所見として認められた．血液を材料としたRT-PCR検査により牛ウイルス性下痢ウイルス（BVDV）を検索したところ，すべての症例からBVDV-1型遺伝子が検出され，２症例からはBVDVウイルスも分離された．本症例群でみられた先天性小脳症状は，胎子期のBVDV感染の症状としては稀なミエリン形成不全により生じた可能性が高いと考えられた．","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"日本家畜臨床学会,
