(Ig) G濃度に及ぼす影響を調査した.牽引状況を数値化するために,牽引強度と牽引時間をそれぞれ4段階 (0~3) で評価しスコア化したものを掛け合わせて牽引スコア (0~9) とし,牽引スコアの値によって子牛を自然分娩群(0),軽度牽引群(1),中程度牽引群(2~3)および重度牽引群(4~9)の4群に分類した.活力の評価には,ヒトのApgarスコアを子牛用に改変したものを用い,出生3分後に評価した.子牛の採血は頸静脈より行った.結果,Apgarスコアは自然分娩群と比較し軽度牽引群,重度牽引群で有意に低下した (それぞれp<0.05).出生5分後の静脈血水素イオン指数( pH) は,中程度から重度の牽引群において自然分娩群から軽度牽引群までと比較して有意に低下し (p<0.01),二酸化炭素分圧 (pCO2) は有意に増加した (p<0.005) が,重炭酸イオン濃度( HCO3−) はどの時点においても群間に差は認めなかった (p>0.75).また,出生24時間後の血清IgG濃度は自然分娩群と牽引群の間には有意な差は認めなかったが,牽引群内で重度になるにつれ低下し,軽度・重度牽引群間で有意差が認められた (p<0.05).さらに,出生5分後の静脈血pHと24時間後血清IgG濃度との間に有意な相関が認められた (r=0.69,p<0.0005).以上の結果より,牽引強度の増大と牽引時間の延長は子牛の活力低下および換気障害から呼吸性アシドーシスにつながり,免疫移行にも影響することが示唆された.助産を行う際は,母牛の状態に合わせて介入し,最小限の力で娩出させることを心がける必要があると考えられた.加えて,出生時アシドーシスであった子牛に対しては,早期に良質な初乳を十分に与えるなど,免疫移行不全に陥らないよう特に注意し,移行不全が疑われる場合は様々な感染症の予防,早期発見および治療などを行う必要があると考えられた.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"日本家畜臨床学会,
