IPの読み取り時間は画質の鮮鋭性と相関しなかったが,粒状性と相関が認められた.しかし読み取り時聞が12時間以内の場合には問題にならない程度であると考えられた.管球-力セッテ間距離を再現よく保つことが難しく, IP読み取り時間のばらつきが想定される牛の臨床画像診断においてCRは有用なX線撮影システムであると考えられた., The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of X-ray tube-cassette distance and image scanning time on image quality to establish the benefit of Computed Radiography (CR) in bovine clinical practice. The tube-cassette distance had no effect on the visual evaluation score (graininess and sharpness). The image scanning time correlated with graininess but not sharpness. From these results,it was concluded that accidental variations in the tube-cassette distance and variations in image scanning time of several hours will not be major problems in clinical practice.
