BFS, 脂肪面積割合およびあらさ指数であった．C18 : 1%の遺伝率は0.71と推定され，C18 : 1%との遺伝相関では，脂肪面積割合（0.23），新細かさ指数（0.10）と正の相関がみられたことから，C18 : 1%の遺伝的改良は「いけだ牛」の肉質および品質向上に繋がると示唆された．","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"公益社団法人
