{"created":"2023-05-15T15:18:02.225218+00:00","id":4312,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"39d007da-ecd2-477d-9e40-e6afcb8bfeb9"},"_deposit":{"created_by":12,"id":"4312","owners":[12],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"4312"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:obihiro.repo.nii.ac.jp:00004312","sets":["5"]},"author_link":[],"item_2_alternative_title_1":{"attribute_name":"その他(別言語等)のタイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_alternative_title":"Antimicrobial susceptibility of Pasteurella multocida, Mannheimia haemolytica and Mycoplasma spp. from calves with respiratory diseases in dairy and beef farms","subitem_alternative_title_language":"en"}]},"item_2_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2018","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"4","bibliographicPageEnd":"159","bibliographicPageStart":"153","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"9","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"産業動物臨床医学雑誌","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_2_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"子牛の呼吸器病は酪農場や肉牛飼養農場で問題となっている.呼吸器病の治療では,抗菌剤の投与が行われるが,抗菌剤の選択は獣医師の主観的な判断に基づくことが多い.そのため,子牛の飼養目的や農場の規模により,抗菌剤の使用方針,使用頻度あるいは菌の薬剤感受性は異なることが推察される.本研究では, l診療所が管轄する地域の酪農場と肉牛飼養農場において,臨床的に呼吸器病の症状を呈した子牛から鼻腔スワブを採取し呼吸器病の主要な原因菌であるPasteurellamultocida,Mannheimia haemolyticaおよびMycoplasma属を分離して,抗菌剤13種類(ペニシリンG:PCG,アンピシリン:ABPC,セファゾリン:CEZ,セフロキシム:CXM,オキシテトラサイクリン:OTC,カナマイシン:KM,スルファメトキサザール・トリメトプリム合剤:ST,タイロシン:TS, フロルフェニコール: FF,マルボフロキサシン:MBFX, ダノフロキサシン:DNFX,オルピフロキサシン: OBFXおよびエンロフロキサシンERFX)に対する薬剤感受性をディスク拡散法により調べた.P. multocidaは全体の50.9% (114/224), M. haemolyticaは17.0% (38/224), Mycoplasma属は68.3%(153/224)の鼻腔スワブから検出された.子牛の飼養目的別に比較すると,菌によっては肉牛飼養農場に比べて酪農場で、耐性菌の検出率が有意に高い抗菌剤が認められた(P.multocidaに対するPCG,ABPC, KM. STおよびMycoplasma属に対するFF).また,酪農場の飼養規模別に比較すると,中小規模酪農場に比べて大規模酪農場で耐性菌の検出率が有意に高い抗菌剤が認められた(P. multocidaに対するOTC, M. haemolyticaに対するKM, STおよびMycoplasma属に対するOTC, KM, FF,MBFX, DNFX, OBFX.
