However, the roles of NK and NKT cells in defense against Neospora caninum have not been well clarified. NK and NKT cells were depleted by the treatment with an anti-CD122 (interleukin-2 receptor beta chain) monoclonal antibody (mAb, TM-β1) in vivo. The parasite burden in the brain of mice was promoted by the treatment with anti-CD122 mAb. However, there was no significant difference in the infection rates between controls and the mice treated with anti-asialoGM1 antibody to deplete NK cells. Activation of CD4+ T cells was suppressed in the mice treated with anti-CD122 mAb compared with controls and the mice treated with anti-asialoGM1 antibody. On the other hand, depletion of CD122+ cells or NK cells did not affect the number of activated CD8+ T cells, dendritic cells and B cells following N. caninum infection. These results indicate that CD122+ cells (probably NKT cells) play a crucial role in host defense by activating CD4+ T cells against N. caninum infection.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_2_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"Japanese Society of Veterinary Science","subitem_publisher_language":"en"}]},"item_2_relation_14":{"attribute_name":"DOI","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type":"isIdenticalTo","subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"info:doi/10.1292/jvms.10-0068","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_2_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AA10796138","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_2_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"09167250","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_2_subject_21":{"attribute_name":"日本十進分類法","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"649","subitem_subject_scheme":"NDC"}]},"item_2_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNameIdentifiers":[{"affiliationNameIdentifier":""}],"affiliationNames":[{"affiliationName":""}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Nishikawa, Yoshifumi","creatorNameLang":"en"},{"creatorName":"西川, 義文","creatorNameLang":"ja"}],"familyNames":[{},{}],"givenNames":[{},{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{},{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Zhang, Houshuang","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Ibrahim, Hany M.","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Yamada, Kyoko","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Nagasawa, Hideyuki","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{}]},{"creatorAffiliations":[{"affiliationNameIdentifiers":[{}],"affiliationNames":[{}]}],"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Xuan, Xuenan","creatorNameLang":"en"},{"creatorName":"玄, 学南","creatorNameLang":"ja"}],"familyNames":[{},{}],"givenNames":[{},{}],"nameIdentifiers":[{},{},{},{}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2018-08-28"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"72_1275.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"730.5 kB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"full text","url":"https://obihiro.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/4254/files/72_1275.pdf"},"version_id":"9bd34cd5-eb37-4133-88a8-cecd6d01255b"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"Immune system","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Neospora caninum","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"Parasite","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"journal article","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"Roles of CD122+ cells in resistance against Neospora caninum infection in a murine model","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Roles of CD122+ cells in resistance against Neospora caninum infection in a murine model","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"2","owner":"12","path":["5"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2018-08-28"},"publish_date":"2018-08-28","publish_status":"0","recid":"4254","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Roles of CD122+ cells in resistance against Neospora caninum infection in a murine model"],"weko_creator_id":"12","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2024-02-28T03:13:29.026962+00:00"}
