品種(ランコカス,ウェイマウス,ノースランド,ジューン,パトリオット,ブルーレイ,ハーバート,バークレイ,ダロー)を5%ギ酸メタノールで抽出し,機能性成分(総ポリフェノール,総アントシアニン)と抗酸化活性を比較した。プラムではローブドサージェン,チェーアン,サンタスの3品種が,ブルーベリーではノースランド品種が高いポリフェノール量を示した。両果実の抽出液ともに,総ポリフェノール量と抗酸化活性との間には顕著な正の相関関係が認められた。HPLC
