Gakkaiho","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"日本短角種は他の和牛に比べ子育て適性があるなど優れた母性能力を持ち,これを活かした生産方式として経産肥育が考えられる.経産牛の枝肉価値は一般的に低く評価されることから,経産肥育牛の肉質を調査するため,去勢,未経産および経産廃用と比較した.去勢6頭,未経産12頭,経産廃用および経産肥育それぞれ10頭のロインブロックを用い,枝肉格付8形質,枝肉画像解析9形質および理化学分析16形質について分析した.画像解析および理化学分析において,視覚的に判断可能な肉質および一般組成で経産肥育と未経産および去勢の間に差はみられなかった(P >
