Association","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_2_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_2_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"分娩後低カルシウム血症の治療から１０日後の５歳６ヶ月のホルスタイン種乳牛に発熱、起立難渋、食欲廃絶、両前肢腫脹が認められた。抗菌薬、消炎鎮痛剤投与に反応せず、頻脈および心音強勢が発現し、心内膜炎を疑った。聴診では心音混濁が認められたが、明瞭な心雑音は聴取されなかった。心音図検査によって、混濁心音は延長した 音および 音であることが明らかとなり、各弁膜の閉鎖不全が考えられた。心臓超音波検査では三尖弁の疣贅物が確認された。病理解剖では、心臓各弁膜に疣贅物が付着しており、その大きさは三尖弁では直径４cm
