45.6%,メス : 41.6%)であった.MUFA%は出荷月齢およびBFSナンバーと正の相関を示した(それぞれ0.27,0.25 : P < 0.01).BMSナンバーと有意な相関を示した脂肪酸はステアリン酸(-0.11 : P < 0.01)のみであった.MUFA%はあらさ指数(0.16)および最大あらさ指数(0.11)と正の,細かさ指数(-0.17)と負の相関係数を示した(P <
